Andrea C. Ziegler practices in our Real Estate Group. She represents clients in commercial leasing, commercial sales, purchases and financing, and also handles contracts and residential real estate transactions, including the drafting and review of residential leases and the closings of single family homes, condominiums and co-ops. 

Her experience includes drafting documents for condominiums, homeowner associations, and cooperatives, and having them registered with the New York Attorney General’s Office. She also has practiced as a mediator in divorce cases.  

As the Acting Village Justice of Hewlett Bay Park, Ms. Ziegler presides over traffic court.   As the Treasurer of the Village of Woodsburgh, she oversaw the Village’s budget and disbursement of funds. 

Ms. Ziegler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology, magna cum laude, from Union College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, ranking 8th in her class and on Law Review.
