The Commercial Lending Practice Group represents commercial banks, finance companies and other institutional lenders in a wide range of financing transactions. These transactions include acquisition loans, construction loans, equipment financing, leasehold financing, letters of credit, private bank facilities and multi-lender participation/syndicated financing. The attorneys in this group also represent lenders in government-assisted/guaranteed loan transactions in conjunction with regional and local Industrial Development Agencies, as well as the U.S. Small Business Administration, New York City Housing Development Fund and the New York State Affordable Housing Corporation. The members of this group have experience in virtually every type of middle market and small business credit facility.
