Korth Elected a Fellow of the New York Bar Foundation

December 16, East Meadow - The Board of Directors of The New York Bar Foundation has elected Donna-Marie Korth, a Partner at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP, a Fellow of The Foundation. Election as a Fellow is a professional honor, recognizing outstanding achievement and dedication to the objectives of the Bar. The Fellows' support is integral to The Foundation's work in facilitating the delivery of legal services, improving the administration of justice, advancing legal research and education, promoting professional competence and ethics, and increasing public understanding of the law.

Donna-Marie Korth practices in the firm's commercial/real estate litigation department and is admitted to practice in New York State and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Korth concentrates in appellate practice, real estate litigation and guardianship proceedings, and previously concentrated in cooperative/condominium law.

She was named as one of Long Island's 40 rising stars under the age of 40, was named as one of Long Island's Top 50 professional women in the year 2000, and was selected as one of the top professional women in 2004 by Long Island Business News. Ms. Korth is the former Dean of the Nassau Academy of Law, the educational arm of the Nassau County Bar Association.

She resides in Rockville Centre with her husband, Kenneth Williams, and their two children.
