Donna-Marie Korth practices in the firm's commercial/real estate litigation department and is admitted to practice in New York State and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Korth concentrates in appellate practice, real estate litigation and guardianship proceedings, and previously concentrated in cooperative/condominium law.
She was named as one of Long Island's 40 rising stars under the age of 40, was named as one of Long Island's Top 50 professional women in the year 2000, and was selected as one of the top professional women in 2004 by Long Island Business News. Ms. Korth is the former Dean of the Nassau Academy of Law, the educational arm of the Nassau County Bar Association.
She resides in Rockville Centre with her husband, Kenneth Williams, and their two children.
