Mr. Kurland represents a number of clients nationwide in the sales and acquisitions of office buildings, hotels, apartment buildings, industrial facilities and shopping centers. He represents landlords and tenants in the leasing and subleasing of office, industrial, catering and retail space.
Active in the community, Mr. Kurland volunteers his time with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and acts as a mentor in the LIKE (Lawyers Involved with Kid’s Education) program, mentoring “at risk” 4th and 5th grade students at a local elementary school.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business/Government from Skidmore College in 1996 and a Juris Doctor from The Hofstra University School of Law in 2000. A member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations, Mr. Kurland is admitted to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey.
