Eileen O’Boyle Bitetto is a Partner in our Real Estate Tax Certiorari Law and Condemnation Litigation GroupShe concentrates primarily on issues of real property valuation, in particular the review of assessed valuation. She seeks opportunities where taxes may be reduced. 

She also represents clients whose property has been acquired, or is about to be acquired, in Eminent Domain proceedings. She works to ensure that these owners receive adequate compensation for their loss of property. 

Active in her community, Ms. O’Boyle Bitetto serves on the Board of Directors of AAA Northeast. This regional affiliate of AAA is a not-for-profit corporation established 100 years ago to maintain a club for auto users and owners, with the primary purpose of advocating law related to the use, rights, and privileges of such owners/users. 

She has also volunteered for many years as a mentor with the Lawyers in Kids’ Education (“LIKE”) program, affiliated with Mentor New York. She helped at-risk elementary students with lessons in literacy and life. 

Ms. O’Boyle Bitetto earned her undergraduate degree in American Studies from St. John’s University and her Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law. Admitted to practice in the state of New York, she is a member of the Nassau County and New York StateBar Associations 

Long Island Business News honored Ms. O’Boyle Bitetto on its list of “Who’s Who in Women in Professional Services.” She has also achieved the highest professional rating by Martindale Hubbell
