Kevin J. Rutkowsky is an associate in the Commercial Lending Group at Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP.

Kevin's practice focuses on representing institutional lenders on the financing of multi-family properties, commercial real estate, the documentation of commercial credit facilities and small business loan transactions. He also represents financial institutions on loan facilities to condominium boards and home owner associations secured by common charges and assessments.

Prior to joining Certilman Balin, Kevin worked for a major economic development agency, where he focused on loan restructuring and workouts for commercial loans, property redevelopment projects and numerous government financing programs. He also managed the funding of projects devoted to the beneficial reuse of dredged materials from New York Harbor and other maritime and port initiatives.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from Binghamton University in 2001, and his Juris Doctor from St. John's University in 2008, where he served as a staff editor for the New York Real Property Journal. He is admitted to practice in New York.
