Sandra Pendrick is a Partner in our Estate & Tax Planning/Probate Law and Estate Administration Practice Groups 

Ms. Pendrick drafts wills, complex trust agreements and other estate planning vehicles. She plans for the disposition of wealth and the minimization of taxes through comprehensive pre-death and post mortem planning.  She prepares estate and gift tax returns and handles gift and estate tax audits. Her surrogate’s court practice includes probate and guardianship proceedings, as well as all estate litigation matters including but not limited to will contests, actions brought by or against fiduciaries, and valuation disputes. She also assists in elder law matters. 

For the first five years of her legal career, she was an attorney at two boutique trusts and estates law firms in ManhattanShe was also in-house counsel to the world-renowned artist, Peter Max.  

Active in her community, Ms. Pendrick and her family have been recognized for their fundraising efforts on behalf of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society She was named one of the 2021 Women in Professional Services by the New York Real Estate Journal and by Long Island Business News

She earned Masters of Taxation from New York University, Juris Doctor, with honorsfrom  George Washington Universityand Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of Michigan. She is a member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in the state of New York, and in the Eastern District.
